The present application has been filed by the State for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents as per the order passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2408 of 2009 vide order dated 19.1.2010.
However, as the order granting anticipatory bail has not been made effective as no arrest has been made and as the period of 90 days has expired, it has become infructuous. Therefore, without considering the merits, only on this ground, the present application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
