(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application for leave to prefer appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 27th August 2009 passed by the learned Special Judge in N.D.P.S. case No.01 of 2009.
Considering the facts and circumstances, it appears to us that it is a good case to be considered in appeal. Hence, leave deserves to be granted, therefore, granted. The application is disposed of accordingly.
