1. This application is filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 23.12.2015 of the learned Single Judge passed in Special Civil Application No.12184 of 2015.

When this application comes up for consideration, it is represented by learned Senior Counsel Mr. Mihir Thakore that by complying the direction in the order dated 23.12.2015, the competent authority has already Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Thu May 05 01:58:46 IST 2016 C/CA/2319/2016 ORDER passed orders on application filed under Section 65-B of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. When orders are already passed, the subject matter of appeal itself has become infructuous. In this view of the matter, we are of the view that there is no need to consider this application to condone the delay. The application is, therefore, dismissed. Consequently, Letters Patent Appeal (Stamp Number) No.191 of 2016 is rejected.
