1. Heard the learned APP Ms. C.M. Shah for the appellant - State.

2. The appeal is ADMITTED.

3. Bailable warrant of Rs.25,000/- be issued to the respondent (original accused) for remaining present before the concerned Sessions Court, Vadodara on 04.02.2020 with an affidavit furnishing his full, correct and permanent address and the phone number and deposit the passport, if any. He shall also furnish surety of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court.
