1. This application has been preferred by the applicants (original respondents Nos.1 and 2 in Special Civil Application No.6870/2011) with a prayer to fix an early date of final hearing for the said petition.

2. Heard Mr.D.M.Devnani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicants and Mr.Premal R. Joshi, learned advocate for opponent No.3 (original respondent No.4) and perused the averments made in the application.

None appears for the original petitioner Page 1 of 2 C/CA/4316/2015 ORDER (opponent No.1 herein), as the learned counsel appearing for him in the petition has since been elevated to the Bench of this Court. Hence, the Court would have to issue notice to opponent No.1 (original petitioner), when the petition for final hearing is listed.

4. In view of the averments made in the application, the following order is passed:

Special Civil Application No.6870/2011 be listed on the Board for final hearing on 06.07.2015.

The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
