Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Singh for respondents.

The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Mutation Appeal No.69 of 2016 within a specified time frame.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that almost on every alternate date, there is lawyers' strike, on account of which, the matter is getting adjourned. On the last date i.e. on 15.3.2019, both the parties were absent.

Having regard to the same, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction. The petition is dismissed.
