Mr.Bhargav Pandya, learned AGP places on record the communication received from the Police Inspector, Una Police Station, as also Additional District Magistrate, Gir Somnath, stating therein that, impugned offence being C.R.No.I-186/2019 registered with Una Police Station is the solitary offence against the petitioner and neither any preventive detention order is passed against the petitioner nor any proposal is pending with the office of the District Magistrate. Both the communications are taken on record.

In view of the same, Mr.R.D.Chauhan, learned advocate for Ms.Manjula R. Chauhan, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice discharged.
