This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 9.9.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 240 of 2017, under Section 332/353/427/506/225 IPC, P.S. Jagner, District Agra.

A bare reading of the FIR goes to show that prima facie allegations constitute commission of cognizable offence, hence, there is no reason to quash the same.

The petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
