Sharadbhai vs Subhashbhai

Disputes raised in the present writ petition are between the family members, which are required to be resolved amicably. Learned advocates appearing for the respective parties have agreed to amicably settle the same through the process of mediation.

Therefore, this matter is being referred to the High Court Mediation Centre and for the said purpose, this matter is initially adjourned for a period of three weeks.

Report of the learned Mediator shall reach this Court within the stipulated period.

Registry to intimate the Secretary, Mediation Centre forthwith.

The arrangement made earlier for continuing the interim relief shall continue till then.
