This matter has already been disposed off by this Court on 07.02.2019. However, mistakenly in the last paragraph of the order of this Court dated 07.02.2019, it has been shown to be scheduled for hearing, today. Since, this is a mistake, which has crept in, let this be construed to have been DISPOSED OFF on 07.02.2019, itself.

The matter, today, has come-up on the Board and the learned Advocate, Ms. Shah, appearing for the petitioner so also learned APP, Ms. Jhaveri, with the papers of investigation, are present. This Court in paragraph-6 of the order dated 07.02.2019 has already directed the IO to act in non-partisan manner. The investigation shall continue, accordingly. Any grievance on the part of either side shall be redressed in appropriate proceedings.
