Rule.
Mrs. Krina Calla, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent.
Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent will consider the case of the applicant and will release the amount in favour of the applicant in accordance with rules. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. The same exercise shall be done within four weeks from today.
Main matter shall be listed for hearing on 29.07.2010.
