1. By this writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- 1
" 0(B) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents herein to allow the petitioners to produce the results of CTET examination within 15 days before the Recruiting Authority after the same is declared;
10.C) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time period of producing the results of CTET examination before the Recruiting Authority.

2. In the first round of litigation, this Court by order dated 13.01.2016 passed in the Special Civil Application No. 720 of 2016, held as under:-

" 2. In view of the discussion above, petitions are allowed. The respondent -authority shall permit the petitioners to apply for the said post and also shall permit to appear for the examination. The petitioners shall be required to produce their mark-sheets of CTET examination before recruitment authority and the respondent -authority shall consider the same in accordance with prevalent rules and regulations and decide the fate of each application. This permission shall not in any manner hamper the rights of the State to appoint those candidates who would apply till the last date of receipt of application and who would have already cleared the CTET Examination.
13. It is being specified that the petitioners shall produce their results of CTET within three days on receipt of their results before the recruiting authority and which shall not be later than 30th April, 2016"
3. According to learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, the results are yet not declared and that is the reason why it is prayed that time may be extended to produce the mark-sheets. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that no sooner the results are declared, then the petitioners shall submit their mark sheets before Page 2 of 3 HC-NIC Page 2 of 3 Created On Wed May 04 04:16:45 IST 2016 C/SCA/7184/2016 ORDER the authorities as earlier directed.
With the aforesaid direction, present petition is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
