The respondent no. 2 has remained unserved. Now the counsel for the petitioner submits that new address is available on which the service of notice could be effected. New address be supplied within two days. After receiving the new address, let there be a notice only to respondent no. 2 returnable on 22.2.2010. The process be paid within two days. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
Registry is directed to keep the copy of this order in each matter.
