The petitioner is before this Court seeking the direction to register the FIR against the accused persons considering the complaint given on 7.1.2013.

It is the case of the petitioner that for getting electric connection, he had paid sum of Rs.1,60,000/- to Mr.M.M.Mansuri and Mr.Mansuri had given permanent heavy electric connection. However, the same came to be disconnected within a fortnight. He also came to know that no receipt was issued and he was cheated.

The petitioner has approached this Court after three years. A bill was issued by the Electricity Department and a notice also has been issued to the Electricity Department by the present petitioner.

No direction deserves to be granted for lodgment of the complaint. The petitioner may approach the concerned Court if, he is so desirous, as truthfulness of contents in the complaint shall need to be verified by the Court concerned before his complaint is lodged.

This order shall also not construed as direction to the Court to lodge the complaint. The concerned Court shall decide this matter on its on merits without being influenced by the order of this Court.

Hence, this petition stands disposed of accordingly.
