Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Civil Suit No. 1311 of 2017 (Saty Ram vs. Shiv Mangal Singh and Others) instituted by the petitioner against the defendants- respondents within the specified time frame.

It is pointed out that the defendants have already entered appearance and are being granted time for filing written statement but the same has not been filed so far.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
