This writ petition is of the year 1989.

There is a number of counsel and one of them Sri Ram Maurya is reported to be indisposed today but on the petitioner's side the name of Sri Rahul Srivastava and Sri Satendra Pratap Singh is also shown. When the case is called on, no one appears for the petitioner.

Sri Aditya Singh, learned Standing Counsel is present on behalf of respondent no.1 to 5.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution. The interim order dated 20.11.1989 is, hereby, vacated.

Let this order be communicated to the Collector and Assistant Collector, Pilibhit by the office within a week for necessary follow up action.
