The present Contempt Petition has been filed for alleged non-compliance/willful dis-obedience of the judgment and order dated 07.03.2019 read with judgment and order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.6393 (S/S) of 2019 and 1339 (S/S) of 2019 respectively. A direction was issued to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for regularisation on the post of Collection Amin under the U.P. Collection Amin Service Rules, 1974.

In pursuance to the notice issued in the present contempt petition, a copy of the order dated 15.07.2019 has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record. Sri G.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is directed to serve a copy of the aforesaid order dated 15.07.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well. From perusal of the order dated 15.07.2019, it is evident that the petitioner's case for regularisation has not been decided favourably on the ground that there is no post vacant under the 35 percent quota for regularisation of the Collection Amin.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the aforesaid order dated 15.07.2019 before the competent Court/authority in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
