1. The convict is before this Court, seeking extension of parole leave for 10 days.

2. The convict is granted parole by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2019, which came to be extended thrice vide orders dated 13.12.2019, 19.12.2019 and 27.12.2019. This request has come on the ground that he has a small stall of kites and since, the festival of Uttarayan is ensuing, he shall be able to make financial arrangements for his family. Considering the total period undergone by him in jail so also the cause, this application deserves to be allowed.

3. Resultantly, this application is allowed and his parole leave is extended upto 16TH JANUARY, 2020 only, from the date of expiry of his current leave, on the same terms and conditions.

4. Office to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority, FORTHWITH. Rule is made absolute, accordingly. Direct service is also permitted.
