Heard Sri Anurag Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the police authorities to conduct fair and proper investigation in respect of Crime No.0794 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 363 & 506 of IPC, P.S. Kokhraj, District Kaushambi.

According to petitioner, on 3.11.2015, he lodged the report against private respondents but till date nothing has been done by the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have obtained interim protection from this Court but there is no order staying the investigation and as such State authorities after completing the investigation ought to have filed the charge sheet. He submits that his limited prayer is for issuance of direction to the police authorities to complete fair and impartial investigation and to file necessary report.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of directing the police authorities to complete the investigation fairly and impartially and in an expedite manner. If charge sheet has not been filed till date, the same may be filed or at least necessary report be filed before the competent court. Let this be done within three months from the production of a certified copy of this order.
