1. By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks following relief :

(A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and/or any such writ, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 authorities to enroll the petitioner for the Three Years LL.B. Course for the Academic Year 2015-2016;

(B) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to declare and pass appropriate direction that the petitioner is eligible to enroll as a three years LL.

B. Course student and the respondent nos.1 to 3 authorities enroll the petitioner as a student and be allowed and be allowed to fill-in examination form for the ensuing examination of Law to be Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Wed May 04 04:06:59 IST 2016 C/SCA/17764/2015 ORDER held in November, 2015;

Learned Senior Counsel Mr.Shelat for Mrs. Nanavati for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, has produced Resolution passed by the Bard Council of India dated 30.4.2016 and submits that the petitioner may be permitted to place the said Resolution along with the application before the Admission Committee and to decide the application within some prescribed time. Learned advocate for the petitioner has no objection for the same. The said Resolution is ordered to be taken on record.

3. In view of the above statement, the petitioner is permitted to fill up the form whenever the process starts and the Admission Committee shall take decision as early as possible and if possible, before academic year starts.

With this direction, present petition stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
