The only relief pressed by the learned counsel for the applicant is that Case No.114 of 2013 (Rupa Sonkar Vs. Virendra Kumar Sonkar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Cant, District Allahabad pending in the court of Principal Family Judge, Allahabad, may be directed to be decided at an early date.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment, if there is no legal impediment.
