Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the mutation case under Section 34 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 instituted in the year 2015 has not been disposed of, till date.

In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Harriya, District Basti to consider and decide the mutation case No. 829 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
