The only relief pressed in this writ petition is that a direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide the Suit No.T201206352106 (Ram Milan vs. Suresh Kumar and others) under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within a stipulated period.

Learned standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within eight months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
