The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that proceedings for demarcation under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act instituted by the petitioner in the year 2010 have not been concluded finally till date.

The writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the respondent no. 1, S.D.O. to proceed in the matter expeditiously and take it to its logical conclusion strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of certified copy, in case, there is no legal impediment for the same.
