1. Rule. Learned APP Ms. Moxa Thakkar waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent ­ State.

2. The present application has been filed seeking extension of temporary bail granted by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No. 8350 of 2020 on the ground that the applicant has grave pain while passing urine and he is required to be operated urgently for prostate as per the case papers of New Civil Hospital, Surat (Annexure - B)

3. Having regard to the said certificate, the period of temporary bail is extended upto 31.07.2020 on the same terms and conditions on which he was granted temporary bail. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 31.07.2020 without fail.
