In facts of the case, presence of father of corpus is necessary and therefore, he is made a party. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
Stand over to 27/02/2019. Till then, the corpus shall remain with Nari Vikas Gruh, Paldi. The police authority shall present the corpus on the next date of hearing.
