The detaining authority is directed to apply its mind with regard to the nature of offences and likelihood of breach of public order, if any, before passing any order of detention against the petitioner. If as and when order of detention is passed, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.
