This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of applicant seeking the direction to the Additional District Judge, Court No.7, Aligarh to decide the Discharge Application dated 13.2.2013 moved by the applicants in Sessions Trial No.18 of 2013 (State vs. Raju and another) arising out of Case Crime No.506 of 2010, u/s 272 and 273 I.P.C., P.S.-Iglas, District- Aligarh within specific period.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The only point pressed forth by the counsel for the applicants before the Court is that there is some application dated 13.2.2013 moved on behalf of applicants which has not been adjudicated upon by the court so far and some direction to expedite the same may be given.

This Court is not in a position to know in absence of complete record about the truthfulness of such assertion or the reasons as to why the application is still pending. In any view of the matter, this application stands disposed off with the direction that if there is some application dated 13.2.2013 moved on behalf of applicants pending before the court below and no orders have been passed on the same so far, then the concerned court below is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders upon the same expeditiously in accordance with law as it may deem fit.
