Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.6 of 2019.

This correction application has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant praying that the counsel for the applicant may be permitted to correct the "Court no.12" in place of "Court no.13" in the application.

The prayer is allowed.

The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the aforesaid corrections in the application. The correction application is allowed.

After corrections have been made, the order dated 12.04.2018 stands corrected to the extent that in Vth line of paragragh sixth the words & figure "Court no.13" shall be read as "Court no.12".

The order dated 12.04.2018 stands corrected to the extent stated above.

This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 12.04.2018.
