It is the case of the petitioner no. 1-Union that the petitioner no. 2-employee has been serving with the respondent no. 3 for the past twenty three years as a Driver. It is the say of the petitioners that benefits meant for semi-skilled workers, as narrated in Government Resolution dated 17th October 1988, have been extended to the petitioner no. 2, who is a skilled worker ie., Driver. It is further the say of the petitioners that a co-worker, who is also a Driver, has been given all the benefits of skilled worker flowing from the said Government Resolution, and hence, the petitioner no. 2 is discriminated and still is Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/4662/2015 ORDER being paid fixed salary.

Issue notice returnable on 4th May 2015. Direct service is permitted.
