1. Respondent No.3 - Mr. Omprakash Sariyala and Mr. Lakshman Mularam, present Principal of respondent No.4 are present in person in compliance to the order dated 31.3.2015. A coloured photocopy of PAN Card is shown to the Court by learned advocate Mr. Nisarg Shah to represent him on oral instructions today.

2. As a last chance, S.O. to 9.4.2015. Respondent Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/2530/2013 ORDER Nos.3 and 4 shall remain present before this Court on 9.4.2015, failing which, this Court shall be constrained to issue bailable warrant against both respondent Nos.3 and 4. Mr. Nisarg Shah, learned advocate appearing today shall file Vakalatnama by tomorrow.

3. Respondent No.3, in particular, shall appraise the Court about the payment to be made to the petitioners by 9.4.2015. Respondent No.3 shall make statement to that effect along with the affidavit on oath in form of an undertaking.
