Having regard to the allegations made in the complaint and the affidavit filed by the Investigating Officer before the Sessions Court, more particularly with regard to the statement of the complainant / victim recorded before the Chief Judicial Magistrate under section 164 of Cr.P.C., it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against both the present applicants till further orders.
