This is an application for temporary bail filed by the applicant through jail on the ground of financial assistance to the family.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Shah states that the applicant was arrested on 4th March, 2020 for offence under sections 365,368, 384, 342, 347, 170, 328, 376­2, 377, 323 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with CR. No.I­ 227/2020 registered with Isanpur police station. She further submitted that there is a second offence also registered against the applicant under sections 385, 170 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.
