Present application has been preferred by the applicant original petitioner to restore main Company Petition (St.) No.881 of 2009 which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution for not removing the office objections.
Having heard Shri Imran Pathan, learned advocate for Shri N.A.Shaikh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant, Company Petition (St.) No.881 of 2009 is restored to file and time to remove the office objections is granted upto 14th May, 2010, failing which, petition shall be dismissed for non -prosecution without referring the matter to the Court.
With this, present application is disposed of.
