1. Heard Mr.Ankur Oza, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms.Mehta, learned APP for the respondent­State through video conferencing.

2. Learned advocate, Mr.Oza submitted that advocate for complainant is on­line and he may be joined in the proceedings. He also stated that the complainant­wife has given consent for allowing present application. However, on perusal of the matter, no such document is found on record. Learned advocate Mr.Dave is joined through video­ conferencing. Mr.Dave states that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the complainant­wife and he will file his Vakalatnama during the course of the day. He also stated that complainant has no objection if this application is allowed, however, no affidavit in this regard is on record and he may be permitted to file the same through e­mail.
