(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) 1 RULE. Ms. Chetna M Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent­ State.
2. This application has been preferred by the applicant­convict for releasing him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of Marriage ceremony of his nephew and to perform 'Mamera'.
3. Heard Ms. Chetna M Shah, learned APP for the respondent­State and perused the record.
4. The applicant­convict has produced the invitation card in this regard. Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the jail remarks, we are of the opinion, that the applicant­ convict can be granted temporary bail for a period of 15(fifteen) days. Hence, this application is allowed and the convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 (fifteen)days from the date of his actual release, and on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/­ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority. On expiry of the aforesaid period, the applicant­convict shall surrender before the jail authority forthwith. The application is allowed in the above terms. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
