1. The official Liquidator has filed the present report with following prayers:

"5[A] This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator make the payment of Bill No. 13/2019­20 dated 18.10.2019 of Rs.5,62,979/­ M/s. Global Network Advertising, Advertising Agency from the account of the said company with the Official Liquidator.

[B] Such other and further orders and directions as may be considered just and appropriate may also be passed."

2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Jeet Bhatt appearing for the Official Liquidator of M/s. Vitta Mazda Ltd. and invited this Court's attention to the orders dated 02.09.2019 passed by this Court in Official Liquidator's Report No. 107 of 2018 for Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Wed Jan 08 23:26:00 IST 2020 C/OLR/177/2019 ORDER invitation of claim of shareholders / contributors of Company in Liquidation in newspapers namely "Gujarat Samachar" and "The Times of India" in all Gujarat and Mumbai Editions. It is also submitted that office of the Official Liquidator has appointed Advertising Agency M/s. Global Network Advertising, for publication of advertisement for of claim of shareholders / contributors in compliance of the aforesaid orders. Accordingly, said advertising agency published an advertisement in newspaper namely "Gujarat Samachar" and "The Times of India" in all Gujarat and Mumbai Editions on 18.10.2019 and raised the bill of Rs.5,62,979/­. Therefore, prayer for payment of advertisement expenses of Rs.5,62,979/­ to M/s. Global Network Advertising is required to be allowed and is, accordingly, allowed. The present report is disposed of accordingly.
