Official vs Unknown

1. The present Official Liquidator Report has been preferred by the applicant Official Liquidator of M/s. Gujarat Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (in liquidation) for an appropriate order permitting the Official Liquidator to continue the services of three Ex-Officers of GSIC as stated in para 4 of the report for a further period of one year on the present salary and on the same terms and conditions of service.

2. Having heard Ms. Amee Yagnik, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and having considered the averments and submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the nature of work being carried out by the aforesaid three Ex-Officers, Official Liquidator is hereby permitted to continue the services of three Ex-Officers of GSIC as stated in para 4 of the report upto 31st December 2010 on the same salary and on the same terms and conditions on which they are continued earlier.

3. With this, present application is disposed of.
