1. By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of ten days caused in filing the miscellaneous civil application seeking review/clarification of the judgment and order dated 28.12.2018 passed by this court in Letters Patent Appeal No.814 of 2018 and allied matters.

2. Heard Mr. Vyom Shah, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Utkarsh Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent State authorities.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application as well as the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant, the court is of the view that the delay that has occasioned in making the review application has been sufficiently explained. The application, therefore, succeeds and is, accordingly, allowed. The delay of ten days caused in filing the review application is hereby condoned. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
