[2] By way of present application, the applicant has prayed for extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.9450 of 2020 on the ground of sickness of his wife. Now, he is seeking extension of temporary bail on the ground that he is found COVID-19 positive by report dated 19.08.2020 and medical certificates and report are placed on record.

[3] It is submitted by Mr.Nanavati, learned advocate for the applicant that once he is tested negative, he will again undergo test for COVID-19 and we have to wait for the report before surrendering to the Jail Authority.

extension of temporary bail, the present application requires consideration. Hence, the present application is partly allowed. The period of temporary bail, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.9450 of 2020, is extended upto 13.09.2020 on the same terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender to the Jail Authority after completion of the said temporary period.

No further extension shall be granted.
