1. This is an application for parole leave.
2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for the State.
3. Considering the totality, the following order is passed.
3.1 This application is allowed.
3.2 The applicant / accused is granted parole leave for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, with one surety and on his executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- and one surety of like amount to the concerned Jail authority.
