Notice issued by this Court has remained unserved with remark that 'respondent Nos. 1 to 4 unserved as they are not residing at given address'.
Learned advocate Mr. Majmudar requests that he be permitted to supply new address of the unserved respondents and fresh notice be issued to them and he be permitted to serve the same directly. The request is granted.
Office is directed to issue fresh NOTICE on newly supplied address, to be supplied during the course of the day, returnable on 07.05.2007. Direct service is permitted.
