Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide Original Suit No.351/2015 (Mustakeem vs. Dharamvir) within a time bound period.
The suit was admittedly filed in the year 2015 and as such, there is no inordinate delay in deciding the matter and in view of the fact that this Court is not at all aware of the roster/constitution of the Court below, the present petition for early disposal of the case cannot be entertained and the same is accordingly dismissed.
