Mullo vs State

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the State.

2. Following aspects are considered :-

(i) Charge sheet has been filed;

(ii) Allegation is of preparation for robbery;

3. Considering the above aspects, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on bail in connection with Crime Register No. I.270/2009 of Sarkhej Police Station, on his executing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court, subject to such conditions which the lower Court may deem fit to impose.

4. Rule is made absolute.

5. Direct Service is permitted.
