(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) 1 RULE. Ms. Chetna M Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent­ State.

2. This application has been preferred by the applicant­convict for releasing him on temporary bail for a period of 45 days on the ground of helping family members.

3. Heard Ms. Chetna M Shah, learned APP for the respondent­State and perused the record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the jail remarks, we are of the opinion, that the applicant­convict can be granted temporary bail for a period of 15(fifteen) days. Hence, this application is allowed and the convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 (fifteen)days from the date of his actual release, and on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/­ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority. On expiry of the aforesaid period, the applicant­convict shall surrender before the jail authority forthwith. The application is allowed in the above terms. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
