Learned counsel for the applicant states that the decision taken in the matter is illegal and he shall take further steps as per law.

In the facts and circumstances, as the order of this Court has been complied with, notices issued in this contempt petition are discharged, and the contempt petition is consigned to records, leaving it open for the applicant to take further steps, against the decision taken, as per law.
