1. This is an application for parole leave.
2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for the State.
3. Considering the totality, the following order is passed.
3.1 This application is allowed.
3.2 The applicant is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on his executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the concerned Jail authority.
3.3 The accused shall surrender before the jail authority on expiry of the stipulated period.
