This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

" Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent no. 2 Tehsildar Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide the Restoration Application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2019 filed in Case No. T201814360106708 under Section 35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Mohd Ameen vs. Mohd Sakir within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

The petitioner seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of a restoration application which has been filed just two months ago.

In my considered such a long period of time had not been lapsed that would justify the issuance of direction to dispose of the restoration application in a time bound manner.

The petition is disposed of with the observation that the restoration application be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing all concerned expeditiously.
