(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE M.S.SHAH) At the request made on behalf of Mr Prashant G Desai, S.O. to 1st May 2007.
The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue till then. It is clarified that since the Corporation has now appeared through Mr Prashant G Desai, the respondent-Corporation is put to notice of the extension of ad-interim relief from time to time and, therefore, it will not be necessary for the petitioners to serve the respondent-Corporation with such orders of extension of ad-interim relief.
