Heard Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that although he has applied for grant of licence for stocking, purchase and sale of Leather (Hides) of Buffalo loading and unloading from the place as specified in the application on 4.4.2017 (Annexure-2) before respondent no. 5, Nagar Nigam, Aligarh, but till date no order has been passed on the aforesaid application of the petitioner.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent no. 5 to pass an appropriate order on the application moved by the petitioner before him for grant of licence within four weeks from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order before him.
